These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Bleu Dentistry website at bleudentist.com, our online appointment request tools, and our text messaging (SMS) program. Bleu Dentistry is a general dental practice located in Dallas, Texas. By using this website or enrolling in our text messaging program, you agree to these Terms. The sections below describe the Bleu Dentistry text messaging program and apply to anyone who provides a mobile number to our practice.
Bleu Dentistry sends text messages to patients and prospective patients who have provided a mobile phone number to our practice. Messages may include:
Text messages are sent from (469) 202-0710. Our main office line is (214) 699-4976. Saving (469) 202-0710 to your contacts helps keep our appointment reminders out of your spam filter.
You consent to receive text messages from Bleu Dentistry when you provide your mobile number to us and agree to be contacted by text — for example, when you request an appointment online, submit a form on this website, use our online booking or chat tool, give your number to our front desk in person or by phone, or send a text message to our number.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or receiving any dental service. You may decline text messages and still be treated as a patient; we will contact you by phone or email instead. You must be at least 18 years old, or the parent or legal guardian of a minor patient, to enroll a mobile number.
Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on your appointments and how you interact with our practice. Conversational messages are sent in reply to you.
Message and data rates may apply. Bleu Dentistry does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to messages you send and receive. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
You can cancel text messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us, and you will receive a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will not receive further text messages from us unless you enroll again. You may also ask our front desk to remove your number, or call (214) 699-4976. Opting out of text messages does not cancel any scheduled appointment.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier, your device, and your service, and is outside our control. Text messaging is not a reliable way to reach us urgently.
Do not use text messages for a dental or medical emergency. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911. For a dental emergency, call our office directly at (214) 699-4976.
We treat your mobile number as confidential. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with the service providers that operate our messaging, scheduling, and practice systems on our behalf, solely so they can deliver those services to us. Please do not send detailed medical or dental history, diagnoses, or other sensitive health details by text message. Text messaging is not a secure channel. Protected health information we collect in the course of treatment is handled in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and our in-office Notice of Privacy Practices, available at our office on request.
An appointment request submitted through this website, our chat tool, or our online booking tool is a request and is not confirmed until our office confirms it with you. Appointment times are subject to availability and may change.
If you cannot keep an appointment, please let us know as early as you are able so the time can be offered to another patient. Walk-in and same-day availability depends on the schedule that day and is not assured.
Our current office hours are Monday 10 AM–7 PM, Wednesday 10 AM–7 PM, Friday 3–7 PM, and Saturday 10 AM–8 PM. We are closed Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday. Hours may change; please check this website or our Google Business Profile for current hours.
Any fee or special described on this website — for example, the $99 Emergency New Patient visit or the $159 New Patient Special — applies only as described, covers only the services stated, and may change. Fees for treatment depend on your individual clinical needs and are provided to you in an estimate before treatment begins.
Bleu Dentistry is not in-network with every insurance plan. Any insurance benefit described on this website is an estimate, not a determination of coverage; your plan's terms control what it pays. We offer flexible payment options and third-party financing for qualifying patients; approval and terms are determined by the finance provider, not by our practice.
The content on this website, including blog posts, service pages, and frequently asked questions, is general information for educational purposes only.
